Address Box: The address box area should measure 4.5”x1.5” on all jobs. If the address box is placed on the bottom of a piece, it should sit 1/2” from the bottom and 1/2” from the edge it is closest to. If the address box is being placed at the top of a letter, it should sit on the measurement line of 3.25”. (This includes 8.5”x11”, 8.5”x13”, and 8.5”x14” pieces) No art should be inside this box unless authorized with Premium Productions. For further details, please follow the spec samples below. |

Colors: We require that all pieces being printed in 4-color be saved in CMYK to ensure color accuracy. Any RGB files will be converted to CMYK. Any text that is supposed to print in black, must be in black only. Images being printed in black & white need to be changed to Grayscale. |

Fonts/text: If working out of vector based software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Freehand, all text must be converted to outlines before generating the final PDF file. If working out of Adobe Photoshop, simply flatten the image. Please note, however, that when a file is flattened, changes to the file cannot be made. If working in Quark XPress, collect the files to ensure all fonts & images necessary to print the file are attached. Please also make sure that you are not using a font size smaller than 7 pt. |
